Rethinking Strength at Work

Montina Helps Organizations Tackle Burnout in High‑Responsibility Employees to Boost Engagement and Retention

Montina Myers‑Galloway is an EMDR‑trained trauma therapist, executive consultant and sought‑after speaker who partners with organisations to address burnout in high‑responsibility employees and build cultures where wellness drives performance.
Her keynotes and workshops expose the hidden costs of bias, over‑responsibility and “always being the one everyone counts on,” then guide leaders in transforming those dynamics to boost engagement and retention. Beyond motivation, Montina delivers evidence‑based insights, frameworks and tools that help teams reclaim rest, voice and worth — without guilt — and free up organisational capacity for innovation and growth.
Experience her perspective in action: watch her TEDx Talk to see how she challenges the status quo around strength, and view her speaker reel to understand how she can serve your audience.

About Montina Myers-Galloway

Speaker | Licensed Trauma Therapist | Mental Health Consultant

I’m on a mission to change how we talk about burnout, boundaries, and well-being—especially in communities that have been expected to carry too much for too long.

As founder and CEO of Myers-Galloway Counseling, I’ve guided leaders, caregivers, and organizations through healing and cultural change for nearly a decade. Whether on stage, in the boardroom, or at a retreat, I create space for honest dialogue, research-backed strategies, and radical permission to care for yourself first.

Organizational Change with Heart + Strategy

I deliver keynotes, workshops, and breakout sessions—both in-person and virtual—that blend storytelling, lived experience, and actionable tools. Audiences have included healthcare professionals, corporate leaders, educators, affinity groups, nonprofits, and faith communities across corporations, universities, associations, and conferences.

At the core of every session is The P.O.W.E.R. Blueprint™, my signature framework designed to move people from burnout to breakthrough. Whether as a keynote, breakout, or workshop, each experience is tailored to your organization’s needs and equips participants with practical strategies they can apply right away.

 Speaker Testimonial

“It was an absolute pleasure to host Montina Myers-Galloway on The Healing Element Podcast. Montina provided her experience on how trauma can affect romantic relationships and the steps one must take to begin the healing process. The topic of trauma and its effects is a complex topic, however, due to Montina’s knowledge and experience she was able to explain this sensitive matter in a way that was helpful and relatable to listeners and viewers.”
