Let’s Connect In-Person—For Conversations That Go Beneath the Surface

Rotten Lemons Mental Health Fair
I’ll be vending at the Rotten Lemons Mental Health Fair—a powerful community-centered event focused on disrupting silence around mental health. I’ll be sharing details about the Don’t Call Me Strong Retreat, so if you've been curious about what it means to rest without guilt or performative strength, stop by my table. We’ll have materials, moments of reflection, and ways to connect beyond the event.

Don't Call Me Strong Retreat
A healing overnight experience for Black women who are tired of being everything for everyone. This retreat is your permission to rest, feel, and just be.

Summer Dinner Series
The Summer Dinner Series was born from a gap I felt—both personally and professionally. As a therapist, leader, and Black woman constantly in motion, I realized how few spaces existed where I could just be.
Not leading. Not fixing. Not proving. Just being. So I invited a few Black women leaders to dinner. There were no speeches. No name tags. Just laughter, rest, and real stories shared over good food.
Each dinner reminded me how powerful it is to sit with people who truly see you—no pretending, no pressure. This wasn’t a meeting. It was a moment to breathe. And what we all felt was this:
We need each other. Not just for work—but for life, love, and support. If you're craving that kind of connection too, join the waitlist for next summer. Because sometimes, the most healing thing you can do is sit at the right table—with the right people.

The P.O.W.E.R. Lab Live on YouTube

Hosted by therapist Montina Myers-Galloway, each session offers healing strategies rooted in emotional clarity, boundaries, and sustainable leadership.
