Before your Reset Day, we meet for a 20-minute consultation to explore your emotional history, current challenges, and what you want to shift. This helps us tailor the experience to your specific needs—and make sure it’s the right fit for you.

Step 2: Your Reset Day (4-Hour Intensive)

This is where the real work begins.

You’ll start with grounding tools that signal to your nervous system: you’re finally safe.

Then we move into EMDR—using your brain’s own healing power to gently untangle what’s been stuck inside.

No long explanations. No reliving trauma moment-by-moment. Just space to notice, release, and breathe again.

Step 3: Follow-Up + Integration Plan

  • That’s normal—and expected. Many clients feel nervous about the unknown. The process is designed to help your nervous system feel supported and safe, even when emotions surface. We go at your pace, and I’ll guide you the entire way.

  • Yes, many clients report feeling lighter, clearer, and more self-connected afterward. This intensive targets the negative core beliefs and internal blocks that are often missed in traditional cognitive/talk therapy—like deep shame, guilt, and over-responsibility. The outcome isn’t just symptom relief—it’s a mind-body reset.

  • This is a single, stand-alone 4-hour intensive. For many women, one session brings meaningful change and emotional relief. Others choose to do a second or third intensive later. We’ll discuss recommendations based on your goals and outcomes after the intensive.

  • This isn’t talk therapy. It’s an immersive, focused healing experience using EMDR and somatic techniques to target unresolved trauma or emotional pain. It’s for clients who’ve already done some healing work and want a deeper breakthrough.

  • You don’t need much. Bring water, a journal, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (like socks, soft blanket or your favorite wrap). Wear cozy clothes—this is your space to be supported.

  • Yes. You’ll receive a brief intake form and guidance to help you identify the focus of your session. Come with a general idea of the pain point or emotional stuckness you want to work through. If you're unsure, we’ll clarify that together in your consultation.

  • You’ll receive a brief follow-up check-in and integration email within 48 hours. Many clients feel an emotional shift right away, but deeper insights may unfold over the following week. You’ll also get tips on rest and nervous system regulation.

  • Because this is a high-touch, limited-capacity offer, all bookings are final. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

  • You’ll need to check directly with your HSA/FSA provider before booking. We do not bill insurance. This service is designed for women seeking personalized, focused care outside the limits of managed care.

    This is not just a longer therapy session. It’s a deep, focused reset with preparation, integration, and 1:1 access. Many clients find it more impactful than months of weekly therapy.

  • This intensive is for Black women who are emotionally self-aware, ready to work through a specific emotional block, and have done some previous therapy or healing work. It’s not ideal for first-time therapy clients or anyone in an active crisis.

A 45-minute phone consultation is required before booking, and full payment is due to secure your date. Sessions are not covered by insurance, and space is limited each month.
